Legitimate interestsOur Lawful Bases
Data-protection law requires us to have a valid reason, known as a lawful basis, whenever we use personal information. Depending on the activity, we may rely on:
Contract
We use information where it is necessary to enter into or fulfil a contract with you. For example, we need your order, payment and delivery information to provide the product you purchased.
Legal obligation
We use or retain information where this is necessary to meet a legal, regulatory, accounting or tax obligation.
Legitimate interests
We may use information where it is reasonably necessary for our legitimate business interests and those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
These interests may include protecting our website, preventing fraud, maintaining business records, handling customer enquiries, improving our services and establishing or defending legal claims.
Consent
We rely on consent where you make a clear choice, such as agreeing to receive certain marketing communications or allowing non-essential analytics technologies.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier use of your information unlawful.
6. Payments and Stripe

This may include your name, billing information, contact details, transaction value, payment method and technical or fraud-prevention information.
NuzzleFox does not normally receive or store your complete card number or card security code. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, card type, expiry details, the final digits of a card and a transaction reference.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Select the unsubscribe link included in a marketing email or contact hello@nuzzlefox.co.uk .
If you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information on a suppression list so that we can respect your request and avoid sending marketing to that address again.
